Key Responsibilities
Manage and track multiple customer renewals, engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Review and understand contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and effective communication of terms
Document customer status, risks, and overall health, while coordinating escalations when necessary
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience managing renewals for a significant number of accounts
Proven track record of on-time renewals and effective collaboration across teams
Experience in reviewing contracts and negotiating terms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with various departments and third-party partners
