🔨 What You'll Do :

• Supervise and lead a crew of landscape construction team members
• Read and interpret landscape blueprints and site plans
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Perform site inspections and address any issues promptly
• Maintain safety protocols and enforce company policies on-site
