Retail Service Specialist
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Skills / Education / Knowledge / Experience / Abilities Required : Strong communication skills Ability to obtain RSS Certification Desired : Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts Automotive systems and repair knowledge ASE Certification
