\nOccupational Therapist needed asap for 13 weeks\nREQUIRED SKILLS : Active Drivers License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report - Required\nGeneral OT - no specific specialty (need to see pediatric and general population)\nMostly Outpatient w / Acute Care\nOrtho, Neuro, Peds Experience - Required\nBLS (AHA)\nALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at / after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)\nDress Code : Uniform or dress / casual clothes no jeans\n

2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years

Licensure (MI LARA) & Certifications (BLS - AHA)
