Program Security Representative (SAP)
Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Program Security Representative (SAP) to support SDA's mission. Responsibilities include :
- Analyze program objectives, to include identification of core technologies and identify existing related programs to ensure horizontal protection.
- Proactively participate in the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) process for new programs, ensuring security requirements are clearly identified during development, particularly for Special Access Programs (SAPs).
- Develop and review security documentation to include : Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Program Protection Plans, Test Security Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Co-Utilization Agreements (CUA), and Technology Transfer Agreements (TAA).
- Provide Security support at the PSR level to include SCIF policies, Statement of Work (SOW), program design reviewer (PDR) and other mandatory documents.
- Expertise in SAPF accreditation security processes and standards.
- Experience with programs for space programs.
- Experience with DD254 and other DOD document development and routing.
- Assist with physical move transition between GOV buildings to include safes, classified documents, and equipment.
- Foreign Disclosure experience desired.
- Experience with personnel database Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) required.
Required Qualifications :
