Lead Generation / Lead Follow UP / Trainee

Are you great on the phone and love talking to people? Are you looking to start a sales career or break into the insurance industry? This is an entry level position with a career path to being a licensed insurance agent. Part time positions available if you are looking to fill a few hours a day, or a couple days a week.

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Contacts leads from our database to refresh relationships and win customers back.
• Document each customer contact in our lead management software.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
• Schedule appointments for sales team to meet or talk to prospective customers.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
