We are searching for a Truck Driver / Production Associate to work in our Pet Segment, providing logistics, production, and maintenance support at our Segrest Farms, Gibsonton location. This position primarily involves loading freight on trucks for deliveries. Primary job duties are driving, delivering and unloading freight to various locations and businesses. Other duties involving errands, picking up supplies, supporting maintenance and production crews are also typical. • Loading individual customer orders on trucks in an organized and efficient manner.
• Effectively interpret and understand the paperwork provided to assist in organizing the shipments.
• Unload or deliver the orders intact, confirming box counts, etc. to air cargo or customer location.
• Maintain a pleasant working relationship with our contacts.
• Maintain trucks in clean, operational manner.
