Finance Executive

A company is looking for a Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and lead the overall financial strategy, including annual planning and capital allocation

Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on corporate development and organizational growth

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance and scalability

Required Qualifications :

Finance experience with a venture-backed tech company, preferably in defense or dual-use markets

Expertise in financial strategy, capital planning, and fundraising

Experience in leading or supporting M&A activities

Strong skills in FP&A and budgeting

Familiarity with federal government contracts and DoD compliance is a plus
