QC Technician (Electrical Test)

Position Tile : QC Tech

Department : Operations

Reports to : Quality Manager

Job Type : Full Time

Overview

Inspect and electrically test control panels in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect panels for fit and finish.
• Continuity checking of electrical circuits and troubleshooting of wiring issues
• Variable frequency drive programming
• Programmable logic controller flashing and setup
• Attention to detail and self-motivated
• Must be able to accurately complete test reports and other paperwork
• Function testing of relay logic and PLC input / output to test drive, motor starters, etc.
• Contribute to the company's continuous improvement processes
