is adding an Primary Care Physician to the group at
NYC Health + Hospitals / Gotham Health, Roosevelt.

Opportunity Details :
Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population
Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers
Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients
Qualifications
Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Wages and Benefits include :
Annual Base Salary : $236,000
- (board eligible); $241,000
- (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional / per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $315,120
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional / per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits) :
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
