Electrician Foreman
Skippack area, PA
Hourly Rate : $36.00 - $40.00
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Responsibilities :
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications while adhering to electrical codes
- Experience leading a team of electricians and assigning required daily tasks
Tracking manpower for specific tasks and assuring efficient execution
Job-site management ensuring the proper materials are onsite to perform the scope of work required to be completedSuccessful completion of projects within scheduled deadlines and budgetsCoordinating and communicating project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other pertinent project informationStrong communication with the onsite supervisor and other tradesAble to complete and deliver as-builts and project closeout documentationRequirements
8+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical projectsMust have 3 plus years of experience leading a team of electriciansExperience operating heavy equipment is a plusExcellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and detail orientedMust have a valid driver’s licenseCapable of reading and interpreting drawings and schematicsWorking experience with Fire Alarm systems and other low voltage installationsExperience working with low voltages up to 600VMedium voltage experience of working with voltages greater than 1kVCapable of working in a high reach, scissor lift, and / or bucket truckUnderstanding of grounding and bonding requirements for electrical systemsExperience bending and installing RMC, IMC, and EMT requiredUnderground duct bank and transformer vault experienceClass CDL B is a plusEducational Requirements :
Must be certified in OSHA 30Must possess strong knowledge of NECFormal schooling preferred in the electrical fieldFour year accredited electrical school requiredBenefits
