Role Summary:
Wave is seeking a Director, Accounting and Financial Reporting to join its Finance team. This individual will be a critical, core member of the organization, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep technical accounting expertise to help scale Wave’s financial operations.
This highly collaborative and detail-oriented leader will oversee all accounting functions at Wave, including month-end close, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budget-to-actual reporting. The Director will play a key role in ensuring the company has timely, accurate, and actionable financial data to support decision-making across the business. In addition, this role will support financial forecasting, budgeting, and investor reporting, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience managing end-to-end accounting processes and possesses a solid understanding of financial forecasting and reporting within a fast-paced, growing organization.

This role is a full-time position with a base salary range of $155,000 - $165,000/year, and may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. Actual salary at the time of offer may vary based on multiple factors, including an individual's experience level and qualifications.
