Hourly Pay Range : \n\n$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.\n\nPosition Highlights : \n

• Position : Per Diem, Registered Nurse\n
• Location : Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and Skokie\n
• Full Time / Part Time : Per Diem\n
• Hours : Night and day shifts rotation 1900-0730; and 0700-1930 weekend and holiday requirements per level agreement\n
• Per Diem Commitment Level : Per Diem Level 1 : 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2 : 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3 : 111-144 hrs. / per 6-week schedule\n
• Required Travel : Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and Skokie\n\nWhat you will do : \n
• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit\n
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care\n
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care\n
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care\n
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience\n\nWhat you will need : \n
• License : Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required\n
• Education : Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred\n
• Certification : BLS / CPR ACLS Certification for the Healthcare Provider required\n
• Experience : A minimum two year of recent acute care clinical experience in critical care. Telemetry competence required. Telemetry competence must be demonstrated within 14 days of hire by passing online telemetry test.\n
