- Manage check-in and check-out processes with precision and empathy.
- Verify insurance information and understand benefits to assist patients effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and maintain a supportive, high-performance work culture.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience with electronic medical records (EMR); NextGen experience is a strong plus .Proven skills in customer service, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.Familiarity with medical business office functions, including insurance verification and benefit navigation.A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to growth, leadership development, and excellence in patient care.What We Offer :
