LHH is hiring : Marketing Manager in Tampa

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our clients' marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Oversee content creation for web, social, and print collateral.

Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Manage external vendors and marketing budgets.

Lead and mentor a small marketing team.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).

5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
