A company is looking for a Loan Support Administrator, responsible for providing guidance and support to employees regarding loan-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls and log cases in the internal ticketing system
Provide daily loan level support through various communication channels
Collaborate with team members and assist in troubleshooting loan origination systems
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in direct support or customer service roles
1-2 years' experience in a production role within the mortgage industry
Experience using Encompass360 Banker's Edition in a production role, preferred
Knowledge of mortgage loan origination activities and regulatory requirements
