Immediate opportunity

• Sign-on bonus : $1,000 ($500 at 90 days + $500 at 180 days)

Location : 1825 E National AveBrazil, IN 47834

Starting pay : $21.82 / hour + $0.75 / hr shift differential for evening and night shifts

Shifts : Evening 3 : 00pm–11 : 30pm

A day in the life

You’ll begin your shift reviewing job orders and prepping tooling, materials, and line components. From there, you’ll set up and safely run production equipment—machining, processing, assembly, or packaging—keeping a sharp eye on quality, throughput, and safety procedures. Throughout the day, you’ll inspect, clean, and maintain machines, support junior operators, and move equipment or materials between the warehouse and production areas using industrial trucks and other vehicles. When performance drifts, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and recommend improvements so the line runs better next time.
