Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator for post-sales support! This role is approved to be either remote within the United States or hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders
• Proactively communicating order status via phone and email
• Prioritizing and completing work in order from high priority to low priority
• Helping to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders
