Manager, Continuous Improvement

This position is responsible for leveraging the Winland Excellence Systems to drive performance improvement at one of our critical manufacturing sites. The leader that assumes this highly visible role will have an opportunity to lead meaningful change by building capability in the site's operations teams to unlock capacity and achieve significant cost savings.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, with flexibility based on plant needs

Work Location : 11160 Parkway Dr, North East, PA 16428

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications : $93k -$158k annually with additional bonus potential

Program Deployment

• Oversee deployment and reapplication of the Winland Excellence Systems (MOS / Daily Direction Setting, Defect Handling, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Problem Solving, Deep Cleaning, Centerline, Clean Inspect Lubricate, and Health Checks).
• Integrate digital solutions and platforms into the operating model to eliminate non-value added activity and advance problem solving initiatives.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to current standards, while methodically improving the standards based on best practices across the industry.
