Shipping & Receiving Clerk

C.H. Thompson is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk , you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity through a hands-on approach. Position Overview

• Shipping and receiving, including both material handling and administrative duties.
• Utilize computer system to ship, check order status, scan orders and upload pictures.
• Accurately enter a high volume of orders into the computer system, ensuring correct pricing, quantity, and model numbers.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Maintain organization of the receiving area, staging area, hold area and outgoing area of the warehouse, including all respective paperwork.
• Report any discrepancies between paperwork (i.e. purchase orders, job card routers, shipping tickets) and physical inventory.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Final review of completed product - review paperwork and packaging of parts. Responsible for final review prior to shipping parts to customers .

Total Compensation Package :

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour.

Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
