Job description

Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
  • Supervising and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
