Medical Director - Colorado Licensed

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Post-Acute Care Management - Care Transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily utilization oversight and communication with network physicians and hospitals

Conduct peer-to-peer clinical case reviews and manage provider discussions regarding cost-effective healthcare delivery

Collaborate with leadership and client services to develop action plans and enhance care coordination

Required Qualifications

Board certification as an MD, DO, or MBBS with an unrestricted medical license

Current, unrestricted medical license with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states

3+ years of post-residency patient care experience, preferably in inpatient or post-acute settings
