Fundraising Sales Team Leader
Brooklyn, NY (In-office Mon–Thurs)
120 – 150K base + performance bonuses
Position Overview
A fast-growing organization in the nonprofit fundraising space is seeking a Fundraising Sales Team Leader to lead its outbound fundraising team. The ideal candidate is both a motivator and a closer—someone who knows how to build high-performing sales teams while maintaining genuine purpose behind the work.
This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on execution for a mission-driven environment that values impact as much as performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, grow, and inspire the outbound sales and fundraising team to exceed goals.
Develop and refine call scripts and engagement strategies that drive authentic connections.
Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective success.
Oversee onboarding and training to ensure quick ramp-up and strong performance.
Track KPIs and continuously optimize sales processes for efficiency and results.
Step into the action when needed—you lead by example.

Proven track record leading successful sales teams and hitting ambitious targets.
Strong communicator who connects easily and motivates others.
Hands-on, performance-driven, and not afraid to get involved in the day-to-day.
