We are seeking a hands-on HR professional to support our team with benefits administration, temporary staffing, and general HR functions. This role is ideal for someone with a positive, adaptable attitude who is willing to step in and assist wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication.
- Manage temporary staff and assist with onboarding, scheduling, and offboarding.
- Support general HR functions such as recordkeeping, HRIS updates, and reporting.
- Assist with recruitment, job postings, and interview scheduling as needed.
- Serve as a team player, ready to help with day-to-day HR tasks as they arise.
Qualifications :
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably including benefits administration and temporary staffing.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the team.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
