CPQ Resale Support Specialist

Cpq Specialist

Support the end-to-end CPQ process for Unisys hardware and software resale opportunities.

Partner with Sales teams to gather requirements and generate accurate, timely quotes.

Ensure compliance with pricing, margin, and approval guidelines within the CPQ system.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales process, including quote creation and purchase order (PO) processing.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline quoting processes.

Provide support for documentation, revisions, and updates to quotes as needed.

Continuously look for ways to optimize efficiency within the CPQ process.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

Experience with CPQ tools and quoting processes.

Knowledge of sales operations, quoting, and purchase order lifecycle.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Experience supporting hardware and software sales, particularly in a services or solutions environment.

Familiarity with Cloud, Applications, & Infrastructure along with Digital Workplace Solutions offerings.

Prior experience working in a global or cross-functional team.
