Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Discovery Paralegal  with a minimum of  three years of experience  in litigation. Employment law experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with California and federal discovery procedures, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will work directly with attorneys to manage all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting, organizing, tracking, and reviewing discovery responses and productions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission)
• Review, analyze, and organize document productions
• Manage discovery calendars and deadlines, including tracking rolling productions and deposition prep
• Coordinate with clients to collect and prepare responsive documents and verify interrogatory responses
• Conduct privilege reviews and prepare privilege logs
• Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, including witness files and exhibits
• Organize and maintain case files and discovery databases
• Communicate professionally with opposing counsel, court reporters, and vendors
