We are seeking a

driven and passionate Immigration Court Attorney

to focus primarily on

EOIR (immigration court) cases

, with a limited USCIS caseload. Impact Lives Every Day :

Advocate for clients facing deportation and help them reclaim their future.

Client Connection :

Play an active role in client intakes and retention, building lasting relationships.

Represent clients in

immigration court (EOIR) hearings

, including master, bond and individual hearings.

Prepare and file motions, briefs, and supporting documents for court proceedings.

Collaborate with the managing attorney and a dedicated EOIR team for case reviews and strategy development.

1-3 years of experience

in immigration law, with a strong preference for experience in

immigration court (EOIR)

and bond hearings.

Bilingual in Spanish and English

(required).

Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with a passion for courtroom representation.

Comfortable assisting with

client intakes and building strong client relationships

to enhance retention.

$90,000

per year, with

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift.

Must be able to

reliably commute to or relocate
