Job descriptionEpic EMR experience highly preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus Experience with patient scheduling systems and referral management Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Verify patient demographics, insurance, and referral information Collect copays and outstanding balances Ensure all necessary forms and consents are completed Schedule follow-up appointments, lab work, and referrals at check-out Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support patient flow Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist with patient inquiries Support front desk operations including scanning, faxing, and filing

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in outpatient clinic setting required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
- Familiarity with insurance verification and patient billing processes
- Willingness to float between two locations (Hilton Head & Hardeeville)
