General Surgery Opening in New Mexico Located in Roswell, NM - Albuquerque, NM 200m Hospital employed position partnering with an established general surgeon and a colorectal surgeon Single-site practice with no commute required Located at a Level III Trauma Center Broad scope of practice including bread and butter procedures as well as basic trauma, plastics, vascular, head and neck, colorectal, and common bile duct explorations Up to 30% endoscopy workload including screening colonoscopies, EGDs (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy), PEGs (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy), and advanced polypectomies Mentorship and training support available Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in the United States Both new graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply J1 visa sponsorship available Financial Package May Include : $100K commencement bonus $100K medical education loan repayment Generous salary with incentive bonuses Relocation assistance provided Annual CME allowance and CME days off Excellent health benefits including a 401K retirement plan Malpractice coverage included Referral bonuses available162-bed Level III Trauma facility with inpatient and outpatient care, and has a service area of 250,000.The nearest large medical centers in Lubbock and Albuquerque are a 3-hour drive away, resulting in a broad scope of general surgery practice.
