Relationship Specialist

A company is looking for a Relationship Specialist Northeast.

Key Responsibilities

Manage support and processing for financial products, assisting EPC partners with requests and transactions

Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to understand partner needs and improve product and partner experiences

Provide coaching and training to EPC partners and sales representatives, while evaluating internal processes for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Service, or Account Management Support

BS / BA degree preferred

Experience in the construction or solar industry preferred

Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and chat support systems

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
