Position Summary :

SIG SAUER is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and process-oriented team member who appreciates retail and collaboration, with a deep understanding of the role visual merchandising plays in developing and delivering the ultimate consumer experience at retail. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of visual merchandising programs to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion in our dealer network. This position reports to the Manager of Visual Merchandising of SIG SAUER.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Annual Programming : Co-create and drive the vision, strategy and implementation of new POP / display and visual merchandising programs across multi-channel retail environments, spanning areas including, but not limited to new product introductions / launches, promotions, consumer programs, holiday / seasonal and more.
• Project Management : Develop new project management mindset across various projects - embracing key "dates and gates" approach inclusive of cross-functional kickoffs, planning cycles, executional excellence and post-mortem reviews.
• Flagship Retail : Assist with planning and implementing Flagship Store new visual merchandising programs related to the SIG SAUER Flagship Store
• Database Management : Create and maintain graphic databases related to in-store executions using SIG internal systems.
• Technical Directives : Read, create, edit and modify technical documents for Planograms, Point-Of-Purchase (POP) Displays and Fixture Documentation.
• POP Programs : Manage, track and document POP, fixture and merchandising changes.
