We are seeking an accomplished, visionary, and strategic Lead Enterprise Architect to join our organization remotely. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in defining and driving the technology architecture for mission-critical enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, communicate, and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards across the organization.
Lead the design and implementation of complex technology solutions that support business strategies and objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, business units, and other stakeholders to translate organizational goals into cohesive technology roadmaps.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for adoption to drive innovation and efficiency.
Oversee the integration of systems, platforms, and data sources, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, developers, and other IT professionals.
Develop reference architectures, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.
Ensure adherence to architectural governance and risk management processes.
Support the development of enterprise application portfolios, including legacy modernization projects and cloud migrations.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of architectural initiatives.
Participate in enterprise-wide technology planning, budgeting, and vendor evaluation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in IT architecture roles, with at least 3 years in a lead or enterprise architect capacity.
Extensive experience designing large-scale, complex enterprise systems and integrations.
Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), methodologies, and best practices.
Proven expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, API management, and security.
Strong understanding of business processes, digital transformation, and IT governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and lead distributed teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
