• Full time schedule with 1 : 5 call coverage
• Mixture of clinic, surgery, and call responsibilities
• Coverage needed until permanent surgeon recruited
• Ongoing coverage for retiring and relocating surgeons
• Performs CABGs, valves, and aortic aneurysm repair
• Busy ECMO center
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
