Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with BLS, ACLS, and either CCI RCIS or ARRT(R) certification and prior travel experience.

Responsibilities

Work in an acute care hospital Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Day shift schedule consists of 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM

Rotating on-call requirement one weekday per week and every 5th weekend during a 5-week period

Schedule includes two three-day weekends off (one Saturday-Monday and one Friday-Sunday) per 5-week period

Patient population consists of cardiology and radiology cases

Epic charting system is utilized; experience is preferred

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

RTO requests should be submitted with application

Return staff must have at least 1 year gap before returning as a traveler

Free parking is provided

Epic experience is preferred but not required

Travel pairs are accepted

Modules, averaging 3-4 hours, must be completed within the first 8 hours of orientation

Individuals with latex allergies cannot be accommodated

Locals are accepted; a 50 mile radius applies

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year Cath Lab Technologist experience

Previous travel experience required

Active BLS and ACLS certifications required

Either CCI RCIS or ARRT(R) certification required

Wisconsin or compact state license required in hand prior to start; pending license accepted if posted before start date

License required if applicable
