Project Accountant

The Project Accountant reports to the Controller in our Norcross, GA office. The role will be responsible for various administrative and accounting functions, primarily pertaining to the day-to-day project accounting directly supporting Team Leaders / Project Managers in different offices and continually improving processes where possible.

Essential Duties

Contract Administration

• Initialize project set up ensuring compliance with issued proposals and including allocation of fees to proper profit centers
• Maintain familiarity with details and status of projects
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with client counterparts
• Respond to various client requests to include processing lien waivers, COI's, etc.

Invoicing

Accounts Receivable / Collections

Accounts Payable

Team Leader / Project Manager Support
