Senior HR Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior HRG Consultant to support a family-owned distribution company in organizational transition and HR modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Stabilize recruiting, onboarding, and people operations while implementing new systems and processes

Streamline talent acquisition and ensure compliance during HRIS transition from Paycom to Paylocity

Enhance partnerships with managers to improve employee retention and workforce readiness

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or Senior Talent Acquisition professional

Experience supporting distributed or field-based teams in relevant industries

Strong HRIS experience with Paycom, Paylocity, or similar systems

Proven ability to coach managers and handle employee relations

Demonstrated success in interim or consulting roles with a proactive approach
