Description : POSITION SUMMARY :
This position will assist Servers and Bartenders with various steps of guest service, resets table in an effective and efficient manner. Interacts with dining room and bar guests, employees, and leadership in a professional, polite, and courteous manner to ensure we are delivering a memorable guest experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (including but not limited to)
- Maintain professional appearance standard as directed in The Mayton Associate Handbook.
- Proactively anticipate and accommodate the needs of guests.
- Efficiently communicates the needs of the guests to front of house and back of house employees and leadership.
- Deliver, fill, re-fill water, as requested by guests and / or directed by srvers.
- Clears and resets tables, cleans table area, including chairs / banquettes, during service. Pre-bus and assist with marking tables between courses.
- Support ensuring guest satisfaction through working hand in hand with all service members.
- Maintain general cleanliness of station and entire venue with attention to detail.
- Properly set-sup floor and side station, performs side-work and other opening / closing procedures as directed by management which include but not limited to :
- Responsible for making sure all tables and chairs are clean and free of debris.
- Sets tables with proper settings, while wiping down chairs and tables
- Ensure side stations are stocked accordingly
- Performs opening / closing side-work as instructed
- Participates in, when available, marking tables for upcoming courses (apps, entrees, desserts).
- Participates in bread service when required
- Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings.
- Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings.
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
- Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members.

Previous experience in similar Job role preferred, but not required.Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.Must be eligible to work in the United States.Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.?Must be able to work overtime as required.EDUCATION : ?
High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent preferred.?PHYSICAL ABILITY :
Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of timeMust be able to bend and lift to 35 lbs. as neededRole may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motionMust be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Maintains strong personal image and uniform standardsAbility to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.Ability to carry and balance heavy food & beverage trays.
