Role Overview

As a crucial part of the Sunrun retail team, you will represent our brand in designated partner retail stores, significantly influencing potential customers. Your success will be evaluated based on your ability to build relationships, create excitement around our products, and educate customers about renewable energy and storage solutions. This role demands proactive appointment scheduling and will help to expand Sunrun's customer base. Your ability to positively impact every individual you engage with will be instrumental in your success.

Potential Earnings : The average compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $60,000, depending on location and personal success, with top performers making over $160,000 annually.

Compensation Structure :

Competitive hourly base pay along with uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments.

Qualifications for Success :

A flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, is required to maximize your sales potential.

Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius is necessary for managing a multi-store territory.

The position requires extended mobility, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily duties in a retail environment.
