Job Description

Manage all phases of large-scale multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to completion.

Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.

Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.

Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.

Conduct regular site meetings to address progress, challenges, and updates.

Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Large Scale Multifamily Projects should have :

• Proven experience in managing large-scale multifamily construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to interpret and work with blueprints and technical documents.
