Salary :

The Quality Engineer with AS9100 expertise is responsible for maintaining and improving an organization's quality management system to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.Key duties include performing internal audits, managing corrective and preventive actions, reviewing technical documents, and collaborating with design, production, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues.

Core responsibilities

• Quality Management System (QMS) : Manage, maintain, and improve the AS9100 QMS, ensuring it is always audit-ready.
• Auditing : Plan, schedule, and conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with AS9100, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) : Lead and manage the CAPA process to address non-conformances, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Process and Product Monitoring : Review technical drawings, specifications, and processes to develop inspection plans, monitor manufacturing, and identify potential quality issues.
• Data Analysis : Measure, monitor, and report on management system data and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with design, engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is upheld throughout the product lifecycle.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain quality-related documentation and prepare technical reports, specifications, and other necessary documents.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer-specific requirements, and any other relevant industry standards.
