We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order & Inventory Specialist to manage the purchasing and inventory process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and balances accuracy with flexibility.
Key
Oversee purchasing, order entry, and reconciliation with vendorsManage and maintain inventory systems to ensure accuracyBuild and maintain vendor relationships, resolving issues as they ariseCollaborate with internal teams to support meal production needsDevelop and improve procurement processes, policies, and best practicesEnsure accuracy in coding, budgeting, and the entire procurement workflowRequired
Experience with inventory management systemsVendor management experienceExperience with order entry and reconciliationPreferred
Food purchasing or procurement experienceSupervisory or team lead experience in purchasing / receivingCustomer service or client-facing management experienceExperience in high-volume meal productionAdditional
