Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

Supervises daily operational activities of a team, ensuring efficiency and high standards

Conducts employee performance reviews, provides feedback, and makes hiring recommendations

Coordinates project intake, monitors workflow, and implements best practices for vendor management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years of directly related experience

2+ years in a lead or supervisory role

Proficient in MS Office

Working knowledge of company and / or client operating systems
