Reports to : Operations VP and CEO

Location : Odessa Corporate office

Schedule : 8a-5p M-F with travel as needed

Job Summary :

The Estimating Manager manages the estimating function and develops standards, procedures, tools, and methodologies to produce cost estimates for technical projects based on work scope, specifications, and proposal or contract requirements.

This position is responsible for calculating civil construction cost estimates, and you will be involved in the planning, development, negotiation, and contract execution of a project.
