Job descriptionConduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations. Education : Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Licensure : Must hold a valid New York (NY) LCSW license. Must have active Medicaid. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience. Language : Spanish preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in standard clinical documentation and telehealth platforms. Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Competitive Compensation : A competitive annual salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 / yr.
