Fraser is looking for dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team! This fulfilling position involves conducting therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and interventions for children and adolescents. Our customized, strengths-based approach guarantees each client receives individualized care tailored to their specific needs. We welcome new graduates to apply! Enjoy a $5,000 hiring bonus for external new hires, plus up to $20,000 annually in productivity bonuses. A Master’s degree and an active license are required.
Requirements :
- Licensed or eligible for license by the Minnesota Department of Health required
- Ability to pass DHS Background check
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable record is preferred.  Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required
- Eligible for membership in the appropriate national organization required

Responsibilities :
Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor’s order, and establish appropriate treatment goalsProvide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s orderCommunicate with parents / guardians regarding their child’s progressCollaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitionersMaintain clean equipment in good repairCommunicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being deliveredCommunicate appropriate aspects of the client’s program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team membersFraser Offers :
