JBCR Case Manager

Under the direction of the JBCR Team Lead, this position providers competency restoration education to mental health consumers in individual and group settings, as well as scheduling, programming, and service provision. This position is also responsible for identifying consumers who are appropriate for the program and completing psychosocial assessments on each consumer. Staff will work closely with Tarrant County Jail and Court staff.
Minimum Education : Health or Human Services
Acceptable Degrees : Applied Behavior Analysis, Child Development, Counseling, Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Intervention, Education Psychology, Gerontology, Human Growth and Development, Medicine, Nursing, Physician Assistant, Psychology, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation & Rehab Studies, Social Work, Sociology, and Special Education
Required Experience : Two (2) years'
Substitutions
OR Bachelor's degree with at least 30 hours of behavioral health coursework and two years' experience
Required License(s) : Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Eligible to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) certification.
