Duties and Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressingServe meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between mealsSupport residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioningMonitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and outputEnsure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requestsReport changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisorMaintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observationsUphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standardsComply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelinesStay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certificationPerform other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications
