In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our healthcare team—managing imaging appointments, supporting patients, and helping to keep our clinic running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Manage patient appointments : Schedule, reschedule, and cancel imaging visits using the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.

Support patients with care : Confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide information to ensure a welcoming and stress-free experience.

Keep things running smoothly : Collaborate with clinical staff and departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize patient flow.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a patient-facing healthcare role with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with the Epic EHR system (required).

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

A compassionate, professional approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

salary : $20 - $20.13 per hour

Responsibilities

We are seeking an organized and compassionate Imaging Scheduler to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing imaging appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process. Experience with the Epic electronic health record system is required.

This starts as a 3-month contract assignment that can be extended, or possibly converted to a permanent position.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing the Epic system to manage the master schedule.
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide necessary information, and answer questions regarding their visit, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and other departments to accommodate scheduling requests and resolve conflicts, optimizing clinic flow and resource utilization.
