CRNA Opportunity Myrtle Beach Area (Permanent Staff Position)

Palm Health Resources is seeking a full-time CRNA for a new outpatient surgery center in the Myrtle Beach area that opened in 2025. This is a rare chance to join a growing practice with a predictable schedule, no call, and excellent compensation with multiple sign-on bonus options.

Position Highlights :

Schedule : Full-time, MondayFriday (80 hrs bi-weekly)
Shift : 8-hour days; arrive 6 : 30a, first case 7 : 00a, finish ~3 : 00p
Call : No call required
Model : Medically directed ACT with anesthesiologist on-site
Cases : Outpatient procedures General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Podiatry, Endoscopy, and more
