What’s in it for you?

• Base Salary :  $26.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience + ability to participate in after hour on-call schedule
• Sign-On Bonus :  Sign-on bonus of $1,000 paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment.
• Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements
• Schedule :   Tuesday - Saturday; 8am - 5pm + ability to participate in after hour on-call rotation schedule
• On-Call Rotation Schedule :   Participation in after hours on-call rotation schedule is required; overtime pay is provided for on-call hours worked

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated  Maintenance Technician  to join our team at  Waterford Apartments , a 200-unit conventional apartment community in  Everett, WA.  This position involves performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspect of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
